Dawn of Dawn’s Kitchen Catering was raised right here on the coast of North Carolina. Seafood is her passion and she knows her way around the kitchen. She and her staff are perfect for making your event in the Outer Banks special.
Since she was very young, Dawn has been working in and around the kitchen. Her family owned restaurants in the Wilmington N.C. area. She became confident bussing tables, serving food, and holding every position in the restaurant. In her twenties she was a chef, and a managing owner of a seafood restaurant. Later, she opened a fine dining restaurant on the inner coastal waterway with her husband. After, she moved to the Outer Banks of N.C. where she started her catering business.Dawn was also chef of Lodivichie’s Italian Restaurant in Kill Devil Hills North Carolina.The Washington Post says, “[Lodivichie’s] food is fabulous, service is professional and efficient.” She has received several awards for her unique, authentic, and not to mention delicious, Italian Cuisine. She has won several food competitions and cook-offs for her shrimp and corn chowder. Dawn has the experience and dedication to make your catering experience everything you desire.
